Love Thyself Vegan Kitchen is an agro-processing company that produces plant-based meat substitutes for local grocery stores, like IGA, Foodland, Food Fair, Cauls, and more.
Our main objective is to supply organically grown food from farm to table, food that’s nutritious, alkaline, non-toxic, and preservative free that aren’t harmful to our survival. We envision ourselves as the heart of healthy eating!. Our food is real! Nothing synthetic, no artificial ingredients, no over-processing, No soy, No GMO.
Our recently opened kitchen is located at the bottom of Mont Tout road, Opposite the Food Far. ⁷Love Thyself Vegan Kitchen” opens daily Monday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm. We serve an array of menu choices from local cuisines, such as Vegan oildown, to international cuisine, such as Vegan squash lasagna. We also provide local juices, teas, smoothies, detoxes, and more.
